      Global Company with great teams and a fun working environment

      Pros

      Work-life balance is second to none. The attitude towards WFH is great and there isn't any micromanagement. Very helpful team across the world - I've found that people try to help you and if you reach out to someone they are willing to help if they can! It seems like there's good opportunities for advancement and promotion depending on your tenure with the company. Good salaries. I don't get the feeling that people are paid less than their worth. Compared to previous roles, I find that I am personally valued much more as an individual and I am included in many more things.

      Cons

      Being global is a good thing and bad thing. It can be tough to work around because of time zones and waiting on someone to get back to you, so while I do find myself working longer hours sometimes to compensate, it isn't forced by anyone in the slightest. Onboarding was a bit tough to go through because there are a LOT of different systems and platforms to figure out. The Cint/Lucid merger really shows and there are still some areas where it can be a bit difficult to navigate.

      Supportive team and leadership

      Pros

      Hybrid schedule and no mandatory office days. The team is very supportive and senior leadership are great resources and very helpful.

      Some processes need approval from people multiple levels above you so that can be a slower process

      Pros

      Collaboration was the standout theme throughout my interview process, and three months in, it's proven to be more than just a talking point. Working alongside every cross-functional partner has been a genuinely rewarding experience. What's also impressed me is the team's strong documentation culture — even with many long-tenured employees who could rely on tribal knowledge, the commitment to writing things down makes onboarding and continuous learning remarkably smooth. Above all, the quality of leadership here stands out: the strategic vision is the most coherent and well-communicated I've encountered in my entire tech career.
