      - Transparency in everything, including company finances - Great remuneration - Great leadership - Very friendly team - Bi-annual team meetings in Berlin - Interesting product

      - Nothing that would come to mind. Nothing really bothers me at this company.

      Proper company, great environment

      Pros

      The company is down to earth, that's why I feel it's successful. No crazy bold claims. It's an environment where ownership and initiative are appreciated, and product work is being taken seriously. Also, very good benefit package.

      Couldn't be happier

      Pros

      Positive, engaging company culture - but very much open to join, not forced / compulsory. You get to be you and engage when and as much as you like. Healthy workload - of course exceptions arise, but in general neither I nor my colleagues feel overworked. It's nice to work for a company where you can also come back from holidays and not have days worth of backlog.

      Cons

      Currently only 40hrs/week model. 36 and 32 would be great options.
