Best things about company are; 1. Friendly working environment for employees 2. As a software developer we get an opportunity to learn and earn equally 3. Get opportunity to deal with big clients. 4. From Developer's point of view, one can get a lots of HR domain knowledge since company has inhouse HR Consultants.

Cons

Current location of office is far away from station which create difficulties for employees who are travelling outside of Thane.
