      - Been made to feel welcome and part of the Circulate family from day 1 - Great place to work - Positive team ethos - Bosses that encourage career development - Training time provided - Flexible working - Everyone is able to contribute their ideas - Everyone is respected and treated as equals

      I haven't experienced any cons to working at Circulate, it's a great working environment

      Pros

      - Great perks including a personal development hour - Sunny Barcelona office that I am currently working from! - Working within a mixture of industries which makes every day different - Passionate directors - Awesome company values - Tuesday Breakfasts - A bar in our office

      Cons

      - The agency can sometimes feel stressful because of the level of high standards which is good and bad - I can't beat our director on the racing simulator in the Sheffield office!
