      Pros

      - Very competitive pay. - Incredible benefit's package. - They have cleaned house at the executive level and have place the right people in the CEO and District roles to help facilitate a culture of success and inclusion. - A lot of time and care is put into the development of you as a leader and not just on the business side of things but on the cultural one as well. I would recommend this company to anyone who is eager to learn and eager to develop a culture of excellence.

      Cons

      Training left much to be desired but they are currently in the process of streamlining a brand new onboarding and training program. As well as retraining all associates in their roles to be successful.
