CivicScience has one of the most supportive and empathetic teams I’ve worked with. From day one, I felt empowered to succeed, learn new skills, and take ownership of my work. Leadership genuinely cares about people — the CEO often says, “We hire good humans first,” and I experienced that spirit across the company. It’s a mission-driven company that deeply values both its employees and clients.
Cons
Honestly, the people and culture made it hard to ever think about leaving — it truly felt like home. One area that could be improved is onboarding; a more structured training program would help new hires ramp up faster.
