      Dynamic environment, attuned to market, learning and risk-taking encouraged. Flexible remote working available but office is centrally located if preferred. Innovation is constant.

      Cons

      Small teams mean cultural fit is key. Colleagues become friends, so make sure you mesh.

      Sometimes you have to work long hours to meet deadlines, but it is well worth it in the end
