      Pros

      It was great to work with so many highly intelligent, hard working, fun people. The product is truly special, and the founder is a great story teller. That makes it a lot of fun to work on most projects, across departments. There are also great perks that I didn't expect from a remote company. Free lunches, etc.

      Cons

      Most people are spread thin. To be expected with a growing startup, but it did lead to some projects being delayed since there just wasn't enough time.

      Pros

      I've had a great experience working at Clare since starting earlier this year. The company culture is resoundingly positive and the team is highly engaged. The Founder and CEO, Nicole, sets a clear vision and enables her team to work towards achieving goals. I also love working at a design-focused company that has such a tangible effect on people's lives! I would recommend (and have recommended) Clare to anyone looking to work for a disruptor in the home space!

      Cons

      Largely remote team might not be for everyone.
