      Pros

      If you want to be the best seller you can be. If you want to be the top 1%. Clari is the place. You're selling to CRO's If transparency and openness is important to you. This is embedded in the psyche of everyone in this place. If you work hard and want to be the best but believe there's room to do that and not overwork yourself. Clari recognises the work that gets put in to build a great company.

      Cons

      No remedy to not hiring fast enough - they only hire the best in every discipline.
