      - When they say they are family-oriented, they mean it. - Their pay is relatively ranks as one of the highest in the sector - Great employee benefits - Very supportive team structure

      Cons

      The gap between the back/office team and the contractors can be closed up a bit further.

      - minimal micro management - strong supporting team - good office environment - Potential to earn a very good wage

      Cons

      - It has a bad reputation due to how the company was previously perceived however the approach of management has drastically changed, with a lot more involvement of the employee's of how the company is ran.
