Awesome Work Environment.
The cause is worthwhile all your efforts and hard work. They motivate you to grow, especially if you are a beginner. The low rate of employee turnover indicates how employees feel loyal to the organization. Being an NGO they are quite considerate towards their employees.
Cons
Salary compared to other international organizations is a bit low. Perks are also minimal.
A knowledgeable and highly supportive team of air quality experts who encourage and provide lots of opportunities for professional growth. I learned a lot and greatly developed my knowledge and skills, and was able to work on a number of different and interesting projects in different countries. A great two years of work experience that I highly value.
Cons
I found no downsides to working with Clean Air Asia. The team work hard and achieve a lot, and I was happy to be a part of the work being done.
