Lots of trial-and-error and on-the-job learning, which can be viewed as a positive or negative, just depends on your personality. Being that the company is very nimble and almost start-upish, we are constantly working on new processes and trying new ideas - again this can be a positive or negative depending on personality. If you're looking for a firm with very structured corporate processes, ClearPath may not be the best fit. But that's the trade-off that you make and why there is so much opportunity to be a part of the team developing those structures.
The first 1-2 years will be tough (from a financial & personal perspective), as you will essentially be starting from zero and need to learn many different aspects of the business before you can become successful. It's also not the type of opportunity where someone will be making sure you're successful by hovering over you - your success really is dependent on your own personal drive and motivation.
