-Rewarding work (helping to relieve patients' chronic pain and suffering) -High caliber colleagues across the board -Tons of opportunity to grow -Empathy and understanding in all we do

-Having to get to know colleagues remotely (no office yet) -We're new on the scene, so company & office culture are still coming along

Pros
Clearing is full of talented, smart, and kind people. Our team is passionate about the mission and want to build something great. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and I truly believe this is going to be a very successful company. Our exec team is considerate of the fact that people have things going on outside of work, and they want to foster a culture with a good work life balance.
Cons
We have never worked in an office together (due to covid) but the team is looking into having a space in the near future.
