Pros
Great work atmosphere. Pretty flexible schedule. Laid back environment, but still paced well. Management is good to work with. HR does a good job of doing monthly/seasonal work-place activities.
Cons
There is a lot of growth recently, and with that is the typical growing pains.

Pros
I love the culture, love the employees, the flexibility and the location. I learn new things all the time from the technical, sales and operations department. We have a group of smart, loyal and dedicated employees.
Cons
The company is growing at a rapid rate, so sometimes things change quickly. But, if you're flexible that won't be an issue.
