Pros
From a technical standpoint, I've never worked alongside a more proficient coworkers. Super collaborative and motivated people. I think the social dynamics of the teams are great as well. Even though I worked remote most of my time at Cleevio, I feel quite close to every team member I worked with. I improved my skills a lot while working at Cleevio because of the reasons above. There's a great balance between creating something from scratch and working on a robust project at Cleevio. In my two years, I had done both and earned great experience.
Cons
If you don't have a stable project, you might need to change projects frequently. Even though it is not the standard, it's possible to be working on multiple projects at the same time, which feels inefficient and more stressful. I think the technical people could be more vocal about their ideas, which would benefit the projects and the company.
