      They are a small Co working in a very tough and competitive market but are making pretty good progress.

      Pros

      We are not over managed and able to be entrepreneurial about how we go about our business.We are are offered plenty of support in our roles as recruiters.Clement May has very supportive and generous backers.

      Cons

      Small and relatively new so it is not always easy to get into bigger clients. The infrastructure in place is quite limited so this could be improved but the people here are desperate for it to succeed so further investment in the business should occur in the coming months.
