Pros

Great environment within the office and a great office building. Everyone is always willing to help. Great focus on knowing the platforms our clients work with and knowing them well. Training provided and certification bonuses. There is a Great work-life balance, an amicable split between days in the office and home, and flexibility when "life happens" and you need to work from home. Lunch is catered two/three days a week, plus there's always snacks, fruit, drinks, lovely coffee machines, gym. Great facilities overall.

Pros

Genuine owners who care about their employees and encourage career progression and learning. Really nice people with a good atmosphere and a great working environment. Broad range of clients from different sectors using different Martech technologies means the employee gets exposure to many different platforms which means you are constantly learning.

Cons

There were no cons from my perspective.
