Clevertize is a place where one get to learn and grow if they are passionate enough. It is always open to new thoughts and opinions. It encourages you to try and be up to date on new things and trends in the industry. As a designer who have worked with the company for a few years I can say that the company has helped me improve as a designer. I should also add that the management was very supportive during certain difficulties in my personal life, it shows how much they value the employees.

Work from home is a con that I can think of, because collaboration between teams become difficult at times
