      Lots of passionate and inspiring colleagues make it an interesting and thought provoking place to work. I feel myself learning and growing.

      Cons

      A lot of public funding means a lot of paperwork. Be prepared for the forms!

It is truly diverse environment. - The organisation practices modern organisational approaches like holocracy, and sociocracy and teams of teams - It is a dynamic work environment that enables you to explore new areas - Time off in Lieu is an established policy

      - It requires self-discipline and responsibility with your duties. - While you set your objectives, and priorities in line with the organisational goals, it is then your responsibility to live up to them. - Requires active and dynamic minds to adapt to changes around you and to manage stakeholders - Benefits and salaries depend on the location but are fair according to living standards
