      Pros

      The culture at Sooper Credit Union is unlike anywhere I've worked before. Everyone is kind to each other, helpful, and supportive. The CEO isn't afraid to be herself, meaning she doesn't put herself on a pedestal. I truly feel like I'm valued and taken care of as an employee.

      Nothing of major concern. Maybe your typical growing pains.
