This is an organization that stands out, with colleagues who excel at what they do, are respectful of one another, and share common values. The hours can be long and the pay is low, but management is fair, works hard themselves, and the Clintons are not only considerate of staff, but are involved in much of the day-to-day work, interacting with employees at all levels.

Cons

The low pay is the most common reason for staff turnover.
