Great product, great team, great customers. It's hard to find all three, and it makes work so much easier when you know you're selling something that customers are super happy with. We've gone through a lot of changes in the past ~2 years with acquisitions and changes in the c-suite, but I think we've come out the other side much stronger than before.
Cons
It's still a scrappy company, so not all processes are fully established, but that does leave opportunity for individuals to make improvements. TBD on how the interactions with the parent company will continue to play out over the years, but at the moment, there is a solid relationship and I mainly see benefits.
