      Can work when you like as long as you get all your stores done in the week, so flexible. Work/life balance Good management, very helpful and understanding No weekend work

      Cons

      I guess some people would find it lonely being yourself all the time, personally I like that.

      Excellent company in regards to a work-life balance. No weekend work and flexibility with your working week

      Cons

      Can be isolated at times as you work on your own a lot - this doesn't bother me but might with some people.
