      Complex market and dynamic business so you need to really enjoy building things and doing what it takes.

      Great mission and team. The people are some of the best.

      Like any startup, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous problems. Market isn't fully developed so can be difficult but lots of opportunity here

      - Great mission - you're making a difference, it's really rewarding - Great team and culture - phenomenal people, intelligent, hard working, humble, transparent, team players, committed to a high standard, no games or politics - Great product - this is the best in the market - Great outlook - the company is growing really fast and positioned super well in the market There is a ton of room to make an impact and grow professionally here. And enjoy it in the process!

      Just innovating/moving fast plus the occasional growing pains. If you dislike change or ambiguity, this probably isn't for you.
