- Remote - Pay ok for the job

Cons

- Benefits too expensive and pay too low, can’t afford them. - No PTO - No paid holidays - Won’t hire so they overwork the few people that are there and then complain about “productivity levels” and things not getting done.

Was glad the job was remote.

Cons

Where do I start. Too much work for such low pay. They have this (Generic-Temu style) work tracker that’s a joke. You can work fast all day but the tracker says you didn’t work fast enough. Also, of course mgmt has their favorites. High employee turnover.
