Plain and simple leadership, a fantastic company with ethics and culture. A very good product which you can easily believe in. Director provides a lot of attention and is very involved with day to day running.
Cons
Based in the middle of nowhere, to travel takes me a fair while. They are also selective as to who does what, must be "on brand". No real progression at the moment, although this might change soon I believe.
Wonderful company, great people, exciting culture! Beautiful brand. People care about each other overall. Everyone is friendly, even if just on the surface. Good benefits (could be better - medical/dental/vision isn't covered by the business). The company founder and management are great and they get to know and care about you on a face-to-face basis.
Cons
Very few, although there can be some favouritism in the selection of people. You must adapt to the country-lifestyle brand.
They are a Living Wage employer, with really useful benefits (I had a company car, monthly bonus, gym membership and cinema tickets). The MD and Non-Execs have a very close realtionship with everyone, from the shop floor to account management.
Cons
Long hours and the pressure is high, the develop such a culture where you want to succeed, and when this isn't possible, it is hard.
