Pros
CoFi is working to solve a big problem in the construction finance world and they have found a niche that no other company fills. They look to hire experts in every area. The teams are very collaborative and it feels like every employee is vested in the success of the company. The CEO and President are passionate and caring and engage directly with every employee. Each person has ownership of their role and are trusted to use and share their expertise.
Cons
It is a startup and there are typical growing pains which can cause periods of stress, occasional resource limitations, and personnel changes for various reasons but the leaders and teams navigate the challenges as they come as best they can and everyone works together to keep moving forward.
