      Pros

      A true tech startup. High performance, high expectations, tremendous opportunities. Very supportive team members, easy going communication, good environment for talent to collaborate. No place for complacency or taking things easy. You will be challenged to grow beyond your comfort zone but for people who do want to learn and grow and be challenged, it's a very rewarding experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes work hours can be long and you'll have to wear different hats because it's a small team doing a lot of things.

      Pros

      The sky is the limit for how successful this start-up will be. The company culture is amazing. Working with brilliant minds achieving brilliant things.

      Cons

      Unless you come from a similar start-up environment, the pace at which they work can be intimidating. However, for those with enough grit to be part of something growing rapidly, like me, this environment is nothing short of exciting!
