Throughout the many years I have worked for Cobiro its been constantly developing, always striving to be the best product. Pivoting between different focus areas is common, its something you have to know before entering the company. The beneficial fruits from that is you are gaining knowledge blazing fast, and that can sometimes be difficult but it makes you grow, and you have to take responsibility for your tasks and see them through. By far the company I have grown the most in, and will consider this my best workplace so far by far. People and the general environment is great, there is tons of snacks, and beverages at your disposal during the day and lunch that will fill you up. I'm sure Cobiro is going to be a success, and is therefore looking forward to see its development in the coming years.

Cobiro is an exciting, forward-thinking company built around strong values and a solid vision that is very much part of our working culture. It has always been in my experience a caring and nurturing culture where everybody is encouraged to be their best self and take on ownership in their role. Creative thinking is definitely encouraged, and people are very supportive of one another across departments. If I ask for help, it has always been given gladly and sincerely. We have a fantastic office where we enjoy delicious breakfasts, lunches with complimentary options, fresh beverages, snacks, and table soccer matches throughout the day. And on top of this, the team enjoys in-house massages and haircuts. These are special treats and are a reflection of the high regard I feel there is for employees. Several times through the year, lovely and thoughtful gestures are shown to the team across the whole business. I think these are really charming gestures to show appreciation. The office is also regularly updated with new designs and modernization. This way, the office is ready for a phased post-Corona return to work comfortably and safely. All in all, the company places trust in the team's experience, allowing autonomous working and the execution of ideas and initiatives. It's a place where they give you the freedom to be creative and the opportunity to make a difference in the company's future. New ways of working are embraced and, importantly, encouraged. Unlike other organizations, the top management takes a hands-on approach and takes a genuine interest in the projects and progress of all staff. There's a family feel here, and colleagues look out for and support each other. Couldn't be happier to be part of Cobiro!
