Pros
Constantly learning, given autonomy and trusted to do your best for the business and your colleagues. Cocoon is an invigorating place to work, and with the customer feedback, we get it's inspiring to be working on something that really is making a difference. It's a pretty cool gadget too!!
Cons
This ties to the pros in a way. Cocoon is growing fast, and we're a small team - there's a great deal of responsibility for everyone who is here which can make it a stretch. But it's also a pro to have a diverse, challenging and interesting working day. Having the team split across cities in the UK is again a pro and a con, but it does mean that the team aren't as connected as they might be. However people still are really supportive of each other, and have autonomy in where they work, so it's a challenge but definitely has positives.

Great team with a shared vision. Accepting and caring team with a passion for getting things done and trying new ideas. Promotes from within where possible.
Cons
A technical team overall, which is great for the product but I would like to see other departments develop as the business grows to make the team more rounded.
