      A positive professional culture, opportunities for skill development, and a chance to work on impactful projects related to sustainability and energy efficiency

      Cons

      Inefficient processes, too much time spent on time-tracking and other admin tasks but it improved overtime and potential for burnout due to poor work-life balance.

      Knowing your work is making the planet a better place for future is fabulous! CG goes above and beyond in client services and exceeding expectations, but does it in a fun, supportive way that creates a Dream Team of people who CARE. About the work and each other. Team works hard, but plays hard too - lots of outings, happy hours, and internal fun events. Great perks and benefits only enhance a great place to work!

      That COVID caused a lot of great folks at CG to have to move on.
