Generally all employees were experts in their fields, and also a pleasure to work with. Excellent collaborative attitude throughout the firm.

It can be a rather slow pace, which can be a pro or a con depending on your point of view.

Lots of autonomy for developers Monthly developer presentations about new engineering topics and tools Well architected distributed system that is a pleasure to work on Open-minded management that always listens to new ideas

Office can be quiet at times, which could be a positive, depending on your preferences.
