Mature yet lighthearted environment, results are key as expected but you get to enjoy life balance with 66% home working and around 50 days holidays in total so when you’re at work, you absolutely focus to generate results.

I joined Cognitive, a day before we were put into lockdown by Boris 2 years ago. I didnt meet the majority of the company for 6 months - however the support i received was incredible. Constantly had people check in and support me. I wasn't actually eligible for furlough, and in a time where people panicked they reassured me they'd support me - instead of get rid of half the staff like a lot of agencies did. 9 day working fortnight in order for us to recharge is a lovely touch - work life balance is massively affected because of it. Commission structure is the best i've seen as well.
