Pros

Great team with challenging projects but everyone was really supportive of each other. I felt the leadership team were able to provide guidance and support when needed.

Cons

Can be a stressful environment but that is the nature of working in an agency that is delivering products to clients.

Pros

Strong leadership team working closely with each other. MD has clear vision and ambition with a strong long term roadmap for the business. New capabilities are being developed and championed.

Cons

The new leadership team are new and finding their feet and need to get through forming and norming and rapidly move to performing. This is heading in the right direct and needs to continue to develop and head in the right direction. So, this isn't a con and should soon develop into a pro.
