Pros
Great company to accelerate your learning and career growth, due to the lean size of the team and fast pace. Great company culture. Work from home was an option even before the COVID-19 pandemic. Get to work with like-minded people that are goal-oriented. Management is transparent. Competitive benefits and compensation is above the Malaysian market rate, particularly for junior to mid level hires.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but as the company is in a growth phase you must manage your workload efficiently, or you will find yourself consistently swamped. Lots of structure in terms of processes and SOPs still need to be set in place.
