Pros
Great management and team providing quality products, training, and service. The owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and he really wants every member of his team to be successful.
Cons
It can be repetitive as any sales job, and sitting down all day is tough. But it's great to know that we are helping people achieve dreams.

Cons
Very old way of thinking and selling. All innovation left when marketing director left. Owner is a nice guy but wish he was involved more.
