      Great Company with Great Communication

      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with, no matter how high up the chain they are. Being a merchandiser in other jobs allowed me to see the true communication and respect this company has in comparison.

      Cons

      Difficult to meet up with other coworkers since I was more of a "remote" location.

      Pretty good work life balance, decent management communication, no lack of work. Manager is great.

      Executive micro management, management is tied up with tedious things so business involvement suffers
