Pros

Leadership shows up. Period. Like the recent situation in Minneapolis, the response was empathetic, thoughtful and human first. They did a great job of communication and giving employees the space and forums to process.

Cons

The work is fast paced and, considering it's still client service, the work doesn't stop even when the world seems unstable. But I guess that's true for any company and they do a great job of helping prioritize.

Cons

The agency is experiencing growth, and with that comes change, which can require adaptability and patience as processes evolve.
