I have worked with this company over 10 years. The work is challenging and that is what keeps people engaged. The owners recognize and respect hard work and dedication. I have been promoted twice in my tenure here. The owners are involved and know all staff by name. To celebrate the teams hard work and encourage team bonding, the owners have social gatherings monthly.

Cons

We have an espresso machine but I drink tea... :)
