Pros
CV is a wonderful workplace. Management really, truly cares about the staff and patients. After having worked at a different practice locally for the last 12 years, it is refreshing to be employed at CV. They are really good people and it has a warm family feel. They really value you as an employee. I would recommend working here.
Cons
Employees have to park down the street. A little inconvenient walk to the office.

PAY-- the pay could be better with the way the economy is now its impossible to survive on your own with one income with the pay rate we have
