Pros
I loved my time there and management was awesome to work with. Despite the highly educated and experienced managers, extremely laid back environment and no micromanagement. Great people and there was always opportunities to learn and do new things.
Cons
The size of the company basically left little room for growth and promotions. I would have remained with the company longer but I needed to leave to advance my career.

The people! The people here are truly awesome! I couldn't ask for a better group of co-workers! The team is motivated and we all pitch in to help each other learn and grow. There are some opportunities to travel and the salary is great!

Cons? None for me! Truly a great place to work!
