- Feels like a family-operated company that values employee feedback and strives to create a strong culture and community by being grateful and acknowledging employees for their outstanding work - People respect each other no matter what role that play in the organization - The end product (and even the process of getting to the end product) is so cool; it's so fascinating and exciting; there's a sense of pride throughout the organization - Supports small businesses and non-profits in the community - Based in a fun neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurant options

Pros

A close-knit team actively invested in individuals' growth while thinking holistically about overall team health/sustainability. Flexible approach to work / life balance. Empowers employees to speak up/have a voice. I've never felt more supported!

Cons

This isn't a con, more of a heads up: Colossal is big but also small, with a lot a lot of nuances in the day-to-day. Everyone is asked to give their all which sometimes means going above & beyond your job description w/o incremental benefits. This usually lasts for a specific period of time (hence the lack of additional benefits), but isn't an option if you want to continue to grow & succeed.

Working at Colossal for 5+ years has been an absolute ride. The people who work here are some of the most passionate people I've ever met. Everyone brings a unique skill and perspective which makes learning and growing together a true joy. I'm excited to be on this journey of taking hand paint to new heights every day!

Cons

With each year, we've grown exponentially, which requires us to revise and review internal processes. Depending on who you ask, this could be looked at as a pro or a con, I'd say pro personally!
