      Pros

      When I first became familiar with this company, all of my research kept turning up praise for having an amazing group of people to work with. After about a year of employment, I can say that is 100% true. This is not a typical "financial industry" company, as leadership is striving to be progressive and is broad-minded enough to plan for long term growth. More than that, they're actually putting the money where their mouth is on nearly the daily. I don't want to write a book here (I could), but it suffices to say that this is a top-notch organization with an unusual mix of stability and progress.

      A good place to work at

      Pros

      Very friendly vibe here, everyone works in a team, we don't point fingers at each others even when things go wrong. What's really important is the issue gets resolved in the end of the day and we learn from our mistakes

      Cons

      The technology is not as new compare to startups. We try to get rid of old code and introduce new frameworks but the fact that is we still have a lot of legacy Java code to maintain and replacing them is a long term project
