      Honestly nothing major that I can think of, particularly compared to some of my previous employers, sometimes can be a bit too much in the details around expense claims,

      Pros

      Not a huge company, you can talk to pretty much anyone directly. Good starting salary and independence allowed so you can provide good quality service to the customer without stressing. Parking provided.

      Cons

      Lack of direction/progress for some roles. Semi-Monthly pay schedule makes managing finances painful for everyone, ie twice a month on the same two dates, not days. Some staff wear too many hats.
