• Great working atmosphere • Transparent • Great internal communication • Highly motivated working environment • Coworkers are friendly and knowledgeable • Get the option to work from home + As a bonus, CEO is an amazing person. He should have a seminar teaching other people how to be great CEOS
Cons
• Work hours are longer than usual • High turn over rate cause it's a startup • Not much social time cause everyone is always busy

Commerce Canal has many pros. Leadership is brilliant and the team is fun, hardworking, and supportive. They work with many big-name brands but still have a startup vibe. Internal mobility is encouraged.
Cons
Smaller team - not necessarily a con!
