      Pros

      Got along well with my coworkers. Enjoyed an annual employee appreciation week hosted by management

      Cons

      Have to return to The Commons to get a tuberculosis test before start date. Also have to complete classroom and online training before start date.

      Pros

      The facility is very nice and the residents are great. Most of the staff is friendly.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive to other places in the area. Management is demanding even during times when we are very short staffed.
