      Pros

      One of the things I liked about community Based care is that I always felt very supported by my supervisor. As long as you do your job, ask questions if you need help you'll be fine. It's a good company and they want the best for their consumers and staff.

      I think the benefits could be better.

      Pros

      Supportive Team Environment would be number 1! It’s rewarding to know that our efforts directly contribute to the well-being of the community. Working as a remote worker really supports a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      It can be fast paced at times, but I always have the support of my director. We prioritize together and I always feel appreciated.

      Pros

      Working for a company that genuinely lives its mission and supports its employees is exciting. The positive environment and services we provide (for individuals with IDD and seniors) is my motivation. I’m proud to be a part of such a dedicated and caring team.

      Cons

      It’s hard to pinpoint a con—I work remotely and don’t get to see the members we support in person as much, but know I’m helping connect them with much needed support and services is still rewarding.
