The CEO is very personable, knowledgeable and shows she is a great strong leader within the organization. She cares about the organization and employees. Great benefits Flexibility, Work from Home Tuition Reimbursement Qualifies for Public Student Loan Forgiveness

Cons

Some not all departments overlook employees for promotions when they should be given the opportunity to grow to become successful leaders. But instead hire outside the organization with higher compensation. This lowers the moral for current employees making them feel like they are not good enough to grow and succeed.
