      Pros

      I am extremely grateful to work for an organization that truly values their employees! The flexible schedule and work-life balance allow me to thrive both personally and professionally. The emphasis on employee wellbeing and DEI shows a genuine care and concern for employees beyond just the work we do. My manager is supportive, collaborative and always encourages our ideas and wants us to succeed and grow in our careers. I also work with amazing teammates that are supportive and knowledgably and bring laughter to the work days!
