      1- CHS makes a difference in the community - many free activities and events for patients - If you're a person that loves to help people and strives to make this world a better place, this is the employer you've been looking for. 2- Closed weekends and most holidays 3- Holiday pay is free (it does not come out of your PTO) 4- Work environment has a positive dynamic with a family feel amongst employees 5- Genuinely kind leadership
